Context

The Bodecker Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering creative youth, sought to extend its visual brand identity across multiple platforms. This included their website, internal communications, printed posters, and social media. As the foundation evolved, there was a growing need for a cohesive and flexible design system that could unify their visual communication while also adapting to different audiences.

Insight

Drawing inspiration from the foundation’s core values—creativity, collaboration, and community—we recognized that the visual language needed to reflect the energy and imagination of the youth they serve. At the same time, the brand had to resonate with potential donors and supporters, communicating a sense of trust, professionalism, and impact. The dual goal was to engage young people through dynamic, creative expression, while also appealing to funders through a clear and compelling brand narrative.

Execution

In response, we developed a modular graphic system that revolves around the Bodecker Foundation’s mission and values. The system emphasizes bold color contrasts to enhance visual accessibility and create a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. Modularity was key—not only to ensure flexibility across print and digital formats, but also to empower the foundation’s internal team to create consistent, on-brand materials with ease. The result is a design language that is both expressive and functional, reinforcing the foundation’s commitment to creativity.
