Studio Pumpo is a design Duo founded by Trent Turner and Zaza Breton, operating in Canada and abroad.
Inspired by the symbolism of the money tree (Pachira aquatica), Pumpo is rooted in the natural flow of creativity. Like the plant itself, we believe good design should support its environment by strengthening relationships and connections.
We work as cultural and geographical nomads, moving between the east and west coast, often from our van with our dog along for the ride—a way of life that constantly shapes how we see the world and approach projects.
We work closely with our clients to design and deliver accessible, meaningful outcomes that serve individuals, communities, and businesses alike. Our process is built on trust, open collaboration, and the courage to do things differently.
Zaza Breton
Designer
Motivated by a passion for socio-cultural sustainability, Zaza embraces Humanist design as the foundation of her work—believing that design is more than a tool for economic gain, but an agent for positive social change.
With a Master of Design from Concordia University, a Bachelor of Design from the Alberta University of the Arts, and experience in the federal public sector, she has contributed to brands serving the Canadian public by integrating humanist methodologies into public service operations. She now applies this knowledge into creating brands that respond to the needs of both individuals and communities.
