Over five years, Commonplace has quietly reinvented residential construction while prioritizing thoughtful design. It was time to expand beyond a niche audience and introduce a thoughtful sub-brand that captures the unique ethos of Commonplace to everyday homeowners who care about how their homes look, feel, and perform.
