Context

Fluidconcepts recently unveiled its new website, a moment that highlighted the need to refresh their product price guides. The existing guides, spread across eleven extensive documents, no longer reflected the new aesthetic of the updated brand. To maintain consistency and reinforce the brand narrative, a comprehensive overhaul of these guides became essential.

Insight

The shift to a refreshed brand identity drives the need for clearer communication. The core audience for these guides expect information that is both visually cohesive and intuitively organized. By aligning the price guides with the new brand language, Fluidconcepts can turn a routine reference tool into a subtle brand ambassador that conveys professionalism, trust, and contemporary relevance.

Execution

We restructured all eleven long‑form documents, while creating a visual system that would pair with the new typography, colour palette, and iconography. Each guide now follows a unified layout: a concise cover page, standardized section headings, and consistent pricing tables that emphasize readability. Supporting copy was edited to echo the brand’s tone while retaining the technical precision required for accurate pricing. The result is a seamless suite of guides that not only inform but also reinforce Fluidconcepts’ refreshed brand.
